A big patch fixing most game breaking errors

-fixed MEDPDA not showing procedure codes on level2

-fixed many dialogue bugs and added more dialogue for clarity

-fixed level2 win message being the same as tutorial one

-fixed level2 being counted as successfully completed even if blood level is 0
